Staff Sergeant Hardy is from Columbus, GA and enlisted in the Marine Corps in November of 2016. Following graduation from Recruit Training on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, she attended MOS school at the Naval Justice School on Naval Station Newport in Newport, RI and graduated as a 4421 Legal Services Specialist.
Following MOS school, Private First Class Hardy reported to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar to serve with the Miramar Legal Service Support Team. During this tour, she filled the roles of Trial Services Office Clerk and Chief, Legal Assistance Chief and Defense Services Office Chief. She supported Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron as a Lance Corporal Seminar Instructor.
Sergeant Hardy attended Basic Recruiting School in October of 2021 and graduated in December where she was assigned the MOS of 8411, Canvassing Recruiter. Following her graduation from Basic Recruiting School in December 2021, Sergeant Hardy was assigned to 12th Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station San Diego, Recruiting Sub-Station Escondido, CA as a canvassing recruiter. As a canvassing recruiter, she successfully enlisted 37 men and women and submitted 5 candidates who won the Naval Reserve Officer Training Candidate Scholarship.
In December of 2023, Staff Sergeant Hardy reported to Recruiting Station San Diego Headquarters to serve as the Programs Specialist. While at headquarters, she served as the Uniform Victim Advocate. Throughout her time at headquarters, she participated in the planning and execution of Monthly Pool Audits and Annual Pool Functions. She also assisted the Operations and RS Sergeant Major in overseeing poolees from 14 Recruiting Sub Stations including Southern California, Hawaii, Guam and Okinawa, Japan who shipped to Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego.
In February 2025, Staff Sergeant Hardy reported to Headquarters and Service Battalion, Law Center Camp Pendleton, Regional Defense Office as the Regional Defense Chief.
Staff Sergeant Hardy is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Sports and Fitness Management. Her personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
