The Marine Corps Defense Services Organization’s (DSO) Eastern Region defends Marines and Sailors assigned to installations and commands in the Southeastern United States, and the Eastern Recruiting Region. The Eastern Region has teams led by Senior Defense Counsels (SDCs) aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island.
The Judge Advocates and Legal Services Specialists of the Eastern Region are committed to obtaining the best possible results for our clients. As Marines, we consider it a privilege to defend Marines. We zealously advocate for our clients regardless of the views of commanders and their staff within the region. As an independent organization, we serve independently of the local chain of command so that we can pursue our clients’ best interests.
